Which Div I Head Coach Are You? Topic

Based on how I spent last weekend, I'd have to say Kevin Mackey.

With both of my IDs combined, I'm pretty much Steve Alford.  Put in some work at small schools, move up, hover in mediocrity!

I think I'm probably Charlie Spoonhour.

Lou Henson. I have one final four and multiple early round flameouts when I should be playing in the title game. That combined with a lot of conference titles and 20 win seasons but no post season glory just like my idol, the " Lou-do"

I miss the Lou-do.  The Big 10 used to have a lot of great coaching personalities.  Bobby, Gene, Dr. Tom, Lou-do, Clem Haskins, Jud...the list could go on and on.

Crossing over to a football coach, I'm Les Miles.  I'm a good recruiter but a terrible coach.

I think in record and style I've been sort of Billy Tubbs. Lots of jucos, usually high scoring, lots of wins,  dissapointing post-season paly

I'd have to say Roy Williams after his first 7 or 8 seasons at Kansas; Ive had moderate success winning several conference titles and making a couple of deep runs in the NT yet falling short of the ultimate goal.  I also passed on the opportunity to take my dream job (UNC) after my first couple of seasons but am not so sure I'd be able to do so if the opportunity presented itself a second time.

I'll go with Don Meyer.  Lots of wins at lower level schools, pretty successful in the postseason, players loved him (I just assume my players love me).

Any coach at Iowa.  Some nice seasons and a run here or there but never a championship and probably never will be.  :)

I thought about this longer than I should've ... I'm gonna go with Larry Brown. Success at a bunch of different places, championships with more than one team, but also a tendency to get bored too quickly and move on to a different program, leaving behind masses of angry and bitter fans. We also have an aversion to playing first-year players, both starred in the ABA and many people often mistake us for being brothers with Hubie Brown.
