Is there an at-bat minimum for RL seasons to be available in the SIM?

I ask because Matt Alexander's 1979 season for the Pirates is a great PH season:

44 games
13 PA
13 AB
7 hits
16 runs scored
13 SB
1 CS
.538 BA
.538 OBP
.632 SLG
1.231 OPS
228 OPS+
2.59 RF in outfield

Yeah, you need 50 AB in RL... plus, even if that was in the sim, 13 PA would be totally useless... he'd be fatigued for a week after swinging once...

I've seen 40% hitters go 4 for 4, I've seen 60% pitchers throw 5 shut-out innings in relief, the only time I've seen "fatigue" come into play is when they're at 0% they get injured and come out of the game. WIS fatigue is just a word with no meaning.

How true, I've had a guy that is in 75% range get "injured" in two straight starts. By the same token I've had aaa guys much lower throw a complete game shutout. Makes no sense at all
