I'd love to get any feedback on why my team isn't performing. Looks like we are turning it over like crazy and fouling like a high school team...The team in question is Catawba

Your guards are all either FR and SO, so their IQs are low. You shouldn't be running uptempo.

Need any help I can get, I'm tapped out. I know my team has some issues, and I did not recruit very well in years past, but I cannot beat anyone anymore. My team is Grove City in Phelan and any input would be appreciated. I'm on the verge of leaving HD.

Yours is easy.  Lower the distro on your SG by a lot, let him make 2 less TOs per game, and you should win more of the close ones.  A high-distro guard with sub-30 BH is lucky to only be turning it over 3 times per game.  Same goes for Garcia.
