I started the season with a C+ and have only played 3 home games.  I lost 2, one by one point who will be rated before long, Felician who will be also and beat the number 1 ranked team at the time Columbus St....Yet my home court advantage has already dropped to a C.....what could be the logic behind that, Im bringing in high quality teams so the buzz that HD refers to should be there regardless...

Location doesn't matter.  HCA is also based on your overall record, not just what you do at your place.  Right or wrong, that's another question, but it is what it is........

I'm sure you were a C+ or B- during those 2 20+ win seasons.  In DII you regress back at the beginning of the season, given your record of success starting at a C+ is about right.   Now that you're 2-5, it is sliding back to a C.  If you start winning again, it will start moving back up.

I think HCA depends on wins and losses over the last X games, what division you are in and that is all.
