1903 Bill Donovan - I'll check with Juice about McGraw but the 1901-02 Orioles became the Highlanders in 1903 (both part of the Yankees franchise) so they usually count.

What Pedro says is true - shame on me for not adding them to the Highlanders entry above.  While I'm thinking of it, I also need to add the "Brewers" to the Browns name in the list.  In 1901, they were the Milwaukee Brewers.  If any of this changes PMARS2001's first pick, we'll have to let him change it.  My bad, guys.
