I just had a pull down come back into the picture that had previously told me to get lost.  Had offered him and two other power forwards a schollie.  He is the one I want, but I will probably get the other two to sign the next cycle.  How do I get them to hold off on signing so that I get the chance to get the one I want?  I have heard that you can put the redshirt option on and it might slow them down, but whomever I sign will be playing, so I don't want to scare them all the way off!

The only sure way to keep them from signing is to pull the scholarship offer. 

If I pull the offer, can I reoffer and get them back in my good graces or are they lost for sure?

yes. they might stop considering you in the meantime, they might not-- depends on amt of effort you've put in so far. but if you re-offer before someone else comes along, they'll come back to you.
