I have a guy at 76 health.  Does that mean he'll be playing at 76% of his ability?

I'd play him. But what do I know about coaching a simulated basketball team- I only stayed at the Holiday Express last night.

I've always assumed that 76% health means 76% of his skill ratings

I try not to play a player unless he is at 90% health or better. I have played them at 80-90, but I always take their distribution away because they don't seem to perform well at that level.

I usually bring them off the bench between 80-90 and then treat them as normal at 90+.
