I think it'd be cool if we could select from a list of folks to throw out the first pitch on Opening Day.  The President of the United States, your state's Governor, recent HOF inductee from your team, Cher, etc.

Before you bring your, "worst idea ever," "waste of admin's time," "what a 'tard-tastic idea,"...believe me, I know!  I don't actually want admin to waste their time putting any development into this.  But if it already existed, it would make me smile for a second before I read the box score of the season's first game.  And that smile is worth something, no?

For now I will pick someone and pretend that they're throwing out the first pitch.  I recommend you do the same.
