Having a hard time deciding which pitching coach to hire.  Any comments/suggestions?

Moore = cheaper, but Paul = much more likely to stay beyond this season.

Depends how you've budgeted, I guess.

Neither.  You can get the same quality guy for $600K on the open market.

Moore.  I don't like guys who are extremely low in either patience or discipline.

Hard to say for sure, isn't it deano?  Some worlds you pay a lot for 80+, and if that matters to habsfan, then he might want to re-sign one of them.

That said, I'm almost always content to promote my 78-rated AAA PC.

The difference between a 75 PC and an 80 PC appears to be pretty minimal, though the cost differences are usually substantial.  Though, as iain points out, it will vary from world to world.

Thanks for the input.  I often will go the 600K route, but on this team I was able to keep my AAA coach there for now with the notion he will likely be "brought up" next season (and I have some extra $ it looks like).  I agree with the low patience/discipline....I guess that is why I wondered about keeping Paul...that 100 Patience looks great, but I don't have much youth in the bigs...and the low discipline was scaring me off.  I will be going with Moore.  Thanks a ton...I guess I like hearing others confirm some of my thoughts.
