I'm having a hard time keeping my ML staff healthy towards the end of the season.  Is there a combination of DUR/STAM totals that will get me through a season?  As it is I have 13 pittchers called up in the ML and every other game I have 2-3 players with 0(0) fatigue levels. In the SIM leagues it was pretty simple because you already knew how may IP a guy was good for..

I can't really recall the exact numbers but I think my goal used to be at least 400 DUR/750 STM.  But a lot depends on how effective they are.   Obviously a good pitcher will throw more innings with less pitches.

Yea, and it depends on park.

I can get comfortably through a season in Wichita with the following:

450 or higher dur
525 or higher dur

5 of those pitchers must be 20/55 min

Sometimes the staff is 11, sometimes 12, as long as I hit those numbers.

I believe you'd get killed in a hitters park.

You don't have a single "innings eater".    Your best guy for it is Lane and he sucks so he can't eat innings.   Just guessing but I bet you need 4+ IP from your bullpen almost every game.  They don't have time to recover.   Plus you have 3 SP with less than 20 DUR.   They can't recover to pitch every 5th day unless you really short their PC and, if you do that, you're stressing your bullpen even further.

Well, now that you split it up, it's worse than I thought.    Your staff sucks.  A staff that bad will need 600/900.

See, I like 10/15s dur, 60-90 sta more than the next guy, but as spot starters. Start, rest until the next start 7-9 days later. 18-21 starts, 120ish innings

If they do relief and have to come in on back to back days, I find yer screwed. And yer screwed because with multiple ones, they're forced into that scenario.

Not a lot of durability, and not being terribly good means your guys are throwing a ton of pitches, and that's how they get tired.

Your #pitches per IP is probably high, so you're going through more arms per game.... and you see where this spirals out of control.

Yeah, they do blow nuts.  Should I bring up another SP and run a 6 man staff?

I demoted a few guys, brought a couple more.  My talent level on this team is pretty bad for this season and I didnt utilize my $$ very well.

Here's what I got now.. Can I get through 40-50 more gmes with these bums?

You have call-ups at game 136 so you really only need to struggle thru another 18 games.    I'd waive a couple of their sorry *****, they won't get claimed unless someone has a worse staff, and bring up two more.
