Another Demotion penalty question? Topic

Was on my my ML roster for part of the season (injury replacement)...then back to AAA.  He was a Sept. call up and then on my playoff roster.  I'm out of the playoffs now.  IF I demote him back to AAA does he take a demotions penalty?

This has been asked in some other forum posts, and people have replied that you can demote without penalty as long as your season is over at that level.
