is there a way i can move my team to a new park or do i have to not re-up and take my chances of getting the team back?

You can re-up,and then after it rolls you can get the password (if private) and leave and come back.

wait for the world to roll and you can do it in about 2 seconds. If you are in a private world you will need the password.
