Yes, you can have great pitching, great fielding and great range and still have an offense.

My core pitching staff (excluding AAA and scrubs) posted a 2.07 era with a .224oavg and a 1.02 WHIP in nearly 1300 innings
My core fielding (excluding AAA and scrubs) posted a .989FP, 72 +plays versus 26 -plays.
My core offense (excluding AAA and scrubs) combined for a .303/.363/.369 line with only 24 HRs but  213 SBs.
