I know I can use the following URL example to view leagues:  http://www.whatifsports.com/mlb-l/view.asp?lid=9xxxx

Is there a similar URL for viewing a TOC league?

Looks like no way to do this at this time;  from support:

Thanks for the message. Unfortunately, at this time we do not have a way for outsiders to view any of the tournaments. We will save this message as a suggestion for this feature -- as it is a good one. Thanks!
