New team prestige Topic

So I just took over a new D2 team...W. New Mexico.  The main banner says that our team prestige is a B, but according to the team history page, our prestige rose to a B+ after this past season.  I don't recall having prestige drop when I took over a new team in the past but maybe I just wasn't paying attention.

Is this normal?
