Can't chat nor send in a ticket to remedy problem as of Thursday, Oct 21... In my few years with WIS I have never used improper language ... Will somebody in WIS Technical Support reinstate my chatting privilegdes and restore my ability to send in a ticket? ...

...are you sure you just didn't accidently squelch someone?  Log back in and see if that was the problem.

As for the ticket, a few nonths ago they added a sneaky little second step to cut down on the number of tickets. Clicking what used to submit the ticket now just takes you to a second page, with theoretically helpful FAQS. You have to scroll down and then click on submit again to let the system know you really, truly want to submit the ticket that you're trying to submit.
