 I am coaching in DII and I was wondering how high should I search for each rating (EX: speed, athleticism, etc.) in each position.

Rookie
PG - Ath 30 Spd 60
SG - Ath 30 Spd 50
SF - Ath 30 Spd 40
PF - Ath 40 Spd 20
 C - Ath 40 Spd 20

These are the targets I use although sometimes I have to adjust to fit the mold. For Defense I try to stay above 20 and Stamina above 65 but again with deviations by exception.
