Not really interested in joining another prog at this point.  Nevertheless I have to inquire about this split season concept.  Are you going to play only 1 season per year?  Or are you going to have 2 or 3 individual-season seasons and 1 split-season per year?  Seems like it could be awfully tough to put together and maintain a team that way.
