Not trying to be sarcastic here, because I'm not totally sure what you're asking. But yes, that kind of drop is certainly possible and does happen.

Have I been misled in that information? And conditioning can be almost anything.

I have in the case of low WE and when that happened I bumped him up to get the points back and then left 5 minutes in and the drop in rating points stopped.
