My son is a cub scout. I learned during the pinewood derby that powdered graphite feels wet. It has no water in it; therefore, water is not wet. Maybe seble has a cub scout son, and that's how WiS knows that water is not wet. Also, I'm not sure how this relates, but a duck floats on water.
What also floats in water?  Bread.  Apples.  Very small rocks.  Cider.  Great gravy.  Cherries.  Mud.  Churches.  Lead.

Wood floats in water.  Witches are made of wood.  Throw her in the lake and see if she floats.

i almost ****** myself. . . .

who's argument was this??  that was one of the best threads EVER.

i loved how the argument did not get squashed after the sun comment.  The sun will either rise tomorrow or it wont.  So there's a 50% chance of the sun rising tomorrow morning

Sounds like the famous Yogi Berra quote...

"Baseball is ninety percent mental. The other half is physical."

Makes me think of Stephen Wright's 1980's stand-up skit about powdered water.
