DL - how to tell how much longer Topic

new to HBD and still learning.

when I put a player on a DL, how can I tell how much longer before I can activate him?  What about his injuries?

what does the number in parenthesis mean?  for example, playing status: 60 days (47 days)

Some times he is recovered but the chat session says there is xx more HBD days before he is fully healthy?

your clarification is much appreciated.

You will get a notification via "email" from your Training Staff to tell you when you are one game away from being able to activate your player.

Note that you don't have to active him if he is still injured.

Days he's still injured.

60 days = type of DL assigned
(47 days) = actual number of days before he can play again

Usually I assign a DL amount that is less than the overall injury, so that I can activate him immediately after becoming available once again.  Note that the DL indicator will not turn green until the player can play again (which may be after the end of the DL assignment).

I think most assign a DL length that is less than the actual injury length, so that he will be available immediately once his (time) has expired.
