What is the most you have seen one player develop over the course of a single season?  What is the most you have seen a team develop in the course of a single season?

since the engine change the top single season player improvements I've had were 104 and 91. 
Both had 90+ WE and 8+ high potentials.  In addition, they both also picked up 20+ during that first offseason.

As for a team that can be a bit skewed based on the number of upperclassmen vs. lowerclassman.  I should pick up 60+ on a fairly well balanced team this season.

If you count the offseason, I have a sophomore with a 72 W/E who went from 506 as a recruit to 610 to start the sophomore season. He did start and play 20+ minutes every game as a frosh.
