I'm looking for the new "Top Tools" world content but can't seem to find it.  Anyone know where it's at?  Thanks in advance.

I spent like 30 min looking for it without success. I'm waiting for 3 spots to fill in my world so maybe it is generated after that?

I think by "World Content" they mean those stat blurbs that circulate above the game results.

Can't find it either. Maybe because it's still early, but I can't find the "Private World Rules" thing either. Again, could just be me.

I think you are probably right.  Too bad too, I was really hoping for something off the dropdown menu, that would have been really cool.

Private world rules are under the admin office tab.  If you are a commish there is a text box for you to post them.

Make sure you don't have any typos when you enter your league rules.  Like World Chat and Trade Chat, once you submit it is there forever.

It's a world content piece it only shows up 4 times per season. World content is the small box that appears on the world office page (i.e. league leaders, huge int'l signing, huge trade, major injury, etc.).

Yeah, except it's effing backwards.  Unlike TC, WC, when you post more than once "cell" can handle, it puts the next group of text above it.
