After reading the forums I usually avoid work ethics below 20, but this guy has massive upside.  Every rating is high potential except athleticism and passing, which are both average.  I never saw anyone with that many highs and no lows, so thought he was a steal for a pull down.  My question is, with a work ethic so low, will he ever actually reach all that potential, or should I force him into the starting lineup to try and get it up into the mid 20's and see if that improves him faster? 

If he plays 10 min a game as a fr I am pretty sure he will get to 20 we by seasons end

He's never going to reach his full potential most likely, but he can still get very very good...

He is right, your recruit may not be as good as possible but probably VERY GOOD.

Better RS him and get him an extra yr of growth. I have PG like him in Phelan. He didn't get RS and only grew 58 pts in 2 seasons.

You won't much, if any, in my experience.
