Starting December 4 I will begin my first season. I will be running Chowan in the Phog Allen World. I really wanted to run Caltech, but I couldn't pass up Chowan's roster. Either way, I'm very excited about this game. It seems like a load of fun.

Long story short, please be nice.

Welcome to the game. It is a lot of fun most of the time and there are some great people here. Of course, there will be times when you want to toss your computer through the window but those moments will pass. Read the coaches guide and the FAQ and if you have any questions don't hesitate to post them here. A lot of coaches here love to help.

Through the WIS sportsbook you're able to open the team page I think.  I remember doing that for my first team and was able to track them in the weeks leading up to my first season.

Edit:  Now that I think about it, I think when you sign up this far in advance of the season beginning, you can easily access each team, kinda like in the Jobs part of each season.  Just point and click and all the available teams pop open for a new coach to see.  Then, once you've picked your team, you can follow them through the Sportsbook.

Haha, it was just a hunch, I guess. Whoever ran the team before me recruited three good players (now sophomores) that fit the style of play I want to implement very well. I wanted a team I could hit the ground running with, but with enough youth to where I wouldn't have to recruit like mad. Trust me, if I didn't like the roster as much as I do I would not have selected a small private baptist university in Murfreesboro, North Carolina.

I just hope you know what you are getting into.  HD is like crack.  Was recruiting on my Blackberry while I was stuck in a traffic jam last night.
