You can check out he DL History and see that he's had two 60 day injuiers over the last two seasons.  Iinteresting because his Health isn't that low.  andyway,  he's lost a few contact and power points, even those he still has good #'s there.

he's 25..can he recover those points?

Looks like it's just one injury that ran across seasons.

He may recover some more of his contact points, but probably not all the way back to his previous high of 89.  Best guess: maybe 2 or 3 more.

His power is probably capped at his current rating of 79.  Maybe another point at rollover at best.
