I'm considering getting another team and was wondering which World would be the best to start off in DIII.  I'm in Smith now, so that's out.  Not being familiar with any of the others I'm just looking for some input.  I'd be primarily looking for an active league with lots of chitchat.   Thanks in advance!

Iba is in the CT finals now so it'll be open soon. The top conference by far is the Heartland. There's a thread ('Supreme Conference') about our history and successes in the Iba Forum.

Heartland in Phelan is great, 4 teams into the NT last season, and with a 5th program on the rise. Signup just started. 

Thanks everyone for the tips, it was much appreciated.   I don't have the time to really handle a 2 a day world at the moment so I decided to join IBA in the CCIW w/ some Smith regulars who recruited me over there.  Again, thanks for the help.
