I know I suggested this in the last dev chat, but I won't stop asking for it until it gets done. It doesn't make any sense that there are 3 schools in the game (the Puerto Rico schools at DII) that are at a marked disadvantage by not being able to use FSS for prospects close to them, since FSS is not available in Puerto Rico. It's difficult enough to recruit there since DI schools already poach the top recruits and most worthwhile recruits are thousands of miles away after that; but it's even harder when you're basically the only school in the country who can't see FSS reports for the recruits closest to you.

At the very least, this disadvantage should make it so that Puerto Rico coaches have an easier time moving up to DI schools. But preferably, just making the minor change of having FSS available in PR would make a world of difference to the few coaches who occupy those schools.
