I targeted two specific players at the beginning of the recruiting in Tark. Did a couple SVs on each player to determine which guy I wanted more, and then pulled down the guy I prioritized. A couple hours ago, the second guy dropped down to me, but I only have a couple hundred dollars left after pulling down the first guy. My question -will the fact that I did those 2 original SVs on my number 2 guy make it easier to sign him now that he has dropped down, or does he start with a 'clean slate' so to speak?
