Why can't I withdraw an accidental click of the inform of redshirt. I am afraid it will cost a bundle to recover if I can recover at all.

Well that is the interesting part, it does not read as Inform of No Reshirt. For kicks, I just informed another recruit and I am unalble to withdraw, Kind of wondering if there is a problem. The history shows I informed of RS, but i cant withdraw and i cant inform of NO RS.
