n00b question on recruiting Topic

I am not finding where to make contact with recruits. The only player that I have found to contact is the one that I put on my summary board to monitor. Now I dont see a  way to add another player to that list. When I bring up a player profile I do not see an option to contact him. Any help guys?

click on the players name , then when his box shows with his picture , click on recruit and make you selections
