So, I've read that high potential is 20+. I don't want to spend the money on an eval. So, my question is is high potential generally around 20, mainly closer to 30, or what? Assume work ethic in 40-50 range.

work ethic doesn't affect the maximum rating, just how close you will get to it. high potential probably averages in the mid to upper 20s. it used to be like 26ish i would say but i believe seble increased this in the new engine, so maybe 28?
