when to switch D's Topic

I'm switching from the FCP to M2M and was wondering what you all thought would be the appropriate time to switch over?  B-?  Figured I'd run a press/man for a while until they get higher up to the A- level.

Thoughts?

I've very recently done the same thing (except I went M2M to Zone) and I switched over once my guys got into the B/B- range. Seems to be working so far although they have admittedly not had a great challenge just yet.
