I was tracking a kid who transferred at the end of the prior season and made note of his ratings and his improvements before the season rolled.  After the season rolled, everything stayed the same.  Shouldn't he have also increased (or decreased if poor WE) in the offseason just like players who stick with their teams?  Has anyone else ever noticed this or sent a suggestion about this via a ticket?

I guess one potential response will be that he's no longer with a team, doesn't have access to facilities, blah blah blah...but there should be some change in the ratings.  It's not like the kid isn't going to do anything basketball-related at all for 3 or 4 months.
