It varies.  Each season plays for 41 days, then there are 4 or 5 days for coaching signups before recruiting begins. Then you have to consider that some months have more days than others

 Wooden started on Sept 25 (a Saturday), then on Nov. 14 (a Sunday) the next season

To my knowledge, there is no printed schedule that gives future recruiting sessions

1.  10 minutes is not a long time to wait before expressing unhappiness that you have not received an answer - not everyone monitors the board for questions constantly

2.  there is no answer to this question - each world works on its cycle going through the calendar of its events - recruiting takes a certain number of days, the season takes a number of days as does the post season.  two game a day worlds go faster during the season.  When the season ends, there are days for renewal and job shifts.  Therefore, each world takes each step, including recruiting on different days of the week each season.
