I lost my 2 best players last year so my team is playing a little better than I had expected. I am still learning though so I just wanted to get some opinions on how good my team actually is. Also are their any lineup, gameplan, or distribution changes I should make?

That's is a 20+ win team you have there.  I would run the man at a -1 and run a normal pace w/ your offense and current distro and you should make the PIT for sure, hopefully the NT.  You have quality at all the right spots for a successful DII team.
