Sorry if this is already common knowledge (though I haven't heard/seen it anywhere), but it seems rather obvious that starters have much higher rates of increase in WE than their non-starting counterparts. This is even the case when starters have less playing time than back-ups. Let me know if you disagree. Thanks.
