Transitioning from Fast Break to Flex Topic

Ok.  I am trying to transition my UMB team from fast break to Flex.  The IQ's are high enough to make the jump this year, and I have four spots to recruit for.  Other than being pretty sure I want to recruit at least one, if not two perimeter shooters, what other things would someone running flex be looking to add to this roster to make it work?

i think you would really benefit from some more passing. a backup PG would probably be my #1 priority in the next class.

Yeah.   At the moment McLeish is my point guard by default.  Last year I tried to go for a PG, but someone else nabbed him and Helmer was my fallback.   On the plus side Helmer has high upside in Passing - just this past year I needed some perimeter more and concentrated my practice there.    Parke also should still have some good Passing potential left, based on the potential email and what he grew by this season.  McLeish still probably has seven or eight points of  passing development left as well.  While a backup PG is a priority, I think my passing should improve quite a bit naturally over the course of this coming season.

I just have run Triangle, Fast break and Motion, but not really much in the way of flex, and wasn't sure if there were any specifically different things to look for.  i was thinking BH, Passing and PER. . .
