Hartford finished with 67-95 Record, and drafts #5 throughout the draft.

This league is a progressive, and is entering  the 1950 and 1980 seasons.  There is first a draft to complete the 25 man roster, then a 3 day max 6 player AAA draft, which serves as a "taxi squad" of players that can be keepers for future seasons (or be call ups during the regular season).
