Is it considered public opinion to be cheating if you use them?

How often are coaches caught / what are the consequences etc.

Here's my $.019, be very very careful.  If you get caught, you may end up on probation, your reputation (in the sim) will take a hit, and then you will probably not be able to even move laterally for a couple of seasons.

some people are said to use them well, likely with use of psych profiles and evals to target - I have not but success of some suggests there is some way to do it
