What would you say is the exact difference for recruiting between an A+ d3 school and a C- d3 school? How much would the C- school have to spend per 1,000 of the A+ school?

another question, does the pulldown cost decrease gradually during the recruiting period, or does it stay constant until he drops?

the amount of recruiting effort to pull someone down, so that they're considering you, usually takes more effort on day 1 than it would take on day 3 or 4.
