DRAFT LOTTERY - THE EIGHT TEAMS WITH THE LEAST AMOUNT OF WINS AFTER 120 GAMES, MAKE UP THE NON-WEIGHTED LOTTERY. IN THE EVENT OF TIE, FIRST BREAKER IS HEAD TO HEAD. SECOND BREAKER IS RUN DIFFERENTIAL (SCORED/ALLOWED).
