Hi everybody.  This is a league I've wanted to run for a long time.  Not particularly complicated, but I like the concept.  The competition will consist of 2 separate leagues, one an $80 million cap and one a $120 million.  The caveat is this: your pitching staff must be identical for both teams.  Both teams must also play in the same park.  Other than that the rules are pretty standard.  No DH, no clones, no WW, trades will be allowed only after both teams involved have played at least 50 games and not more than 100 games.  I don't want any premeditated trades and I don't want trades resulting in teams untenable over a full season but stacked for the playoffs.  The LIVE minimum will be a combined 100 games, with at least 40 coming from each team.  Each WS winner will receive a free team.

The description says "each WS winner..." so it must be two separate leagues.

Yeah, 2 separate leagues.  Although if it stalls out with a decent number of owners I might be open to making it 1 league with no interleague.  In which case I would actually make the playoffs be based on combined record.  Top seeds would get in from the high-cap league.  Bottom seeds would be in the low-cap league and would obviously have a very slim chance in the WS.
