I usually try to focus on kids with a high work ethic....and several "Very High" potential marks.

Does Work Ethic speed up their development or does it not matter?

Yes, they develop faster with a higher WE but having a higher WE does not mean they have a higher ceiling

That's confusing...

A 50 rating will get to 80 ceiling faster with a higher WE, but no matter how high the WE is, it won't get the rating higher than an 80.

A 20 WE or below may never get the rating to 80, because of the slow development growth.
