How about seperating defense from Shot blocking, low post, and rebounding so that a guard can practice defense without learning how to be a better center or power forward? (In other words, break defense away from Footworkj into its own category)?

Like perimeter defense and low post defense?  Seems like that shouldn't be too hard to implement and would add some more depth to the game.
