I am still new to the game, but here is my scenario. I want to move up to DI next year, and I am considering moving from my program (Fla. Tech in Phelan) to a better DII Program. I wasn't eligible to move up this year, would I take too big a loyalty hit making a lateral move within DII to move up next year? Any and all advice would be appreciated.

Thanks,

RN

I moved from Colorado St. to Utah two seasons ago in Phelan. It dropped my loyalty from an A to an F. After two seasons it is back to a D+, but I'm not qualified for any DI or DII jobs. So I would say that if you plan to move up to DI in the next five seasons or so, do not make a lateral move.
