I stand by what I said earlier.  If you want to be a better C- team, but still a C- team just the same...then recruit players like that one.  If you want to ever improve your prestige you need to recruit bigs with ath/reb/def, or at least the potential to develop those skills beyond what they currently are.

I realize that top players that other higher prestige schools can recruit won't talk to you yet...but that is where the potential kicks in.  You may have to recruit guys with similar ratings to the guy you mentioned (preferably with high work ethic and 4 years of eligibility)...and if they have high potentials in those categories, then that will be a good pickup to help you improve your team and get to a point where you can start to recruit better players.
ATH and RB yes, DE no.

I go for ATH, RB, and BLK for big guys, and pretty much ignore DE.

The best big guys I've ever had on my teams had DE ratings in the teens as seniors.  Before potential, I never even practiced FW.

He'll be similar to this guy I have probably, http://www.whatifsports.com/hd/PlayerProfile/Stats.aspx?tid=12616&pid=1695338.   Not a stud but his soph and jr seasons he averaged 6 reb a game in 15 minutes, I'll take that everyday of the week off the bench.
