why does Isotopes Park favor hitters so strongly vs Mustain? Their dimensions are similar enough. is it foul territory? or are the ratings based on league-specific historical stats?

Albuquerque is a pretty cool city to drive through at night on your way to AZ.

Wouldn't elevation affect HRs more than singles, doubles and triples?  Or, rather, affect HRs as much as, if not more than, singles, doubles and triples?

Check out the real life factors for parks. While Coors is always up there in home runs, it has been first or second in hits since 2003. So, at least with that example it effects hits more than home runs.

well since balls travel a little further, the OF has to play a step back, which allows more dinks and drives to drop in ahead of the OF.  At Coors, the ball doesn't break as much either, which means you see more fastballs and less breaking stuff, which leads to more contact, which leads to more hits.

As the fan of a (real life) team that has their AAA team in Vegas, the dry desert air also makes the infield less predictable and so really ups the offensive numbers accross the board.... or rather hurts the pitchers, inflating hitter's numbers.  But you get what I'm saying.
