I know winning games and doing well in the tournament does but what else?

Does having guys on the All- American team help?  Getting guys picked in the NBA draft?  anything else?

In DI at least, your team had to be considered pretty good in 2002.  Major factor.

Recent thread said that All-Americans do not help.  I think that RPI is a factor and being ranked is also a factor.

Well, the biggest thing is postseason success. Record and rpi are next. Conf championships, rankings, etc. also play a role. Draft picks definitely help but the impact is fleeting.
