It is of course to insult a Conservative. Like all the other leftist in America he has found that he can never win a debate on issues, but he can destroy people with insults. Talking to Bush, Palin and Beck would just make people like Anton look like the isolated elitists they really are. Better to call them crazy and stupid.

He cant engage me. I always destroy him. That is why he runs away and cries. And then when he sees an opening he jumps up, tosses his baseless insult and runs away again.

Like Bush, Beck and Palin I am the victim of a vicious smear campaign.

Why dont you just admit you lost this one. There was all the enviromental fanfare and nothing really happened.
So it's fine to have oil in the Gulf as long as it can't be seen?

There is always some oil in the gulf. There is more now because of the spill.

It is being fixed.

Rush was accurate and the Enviromentalists were as usual making stuff up!

I believe we need to drill where ever we find oil, but you cannot minimalize the lack responsibility that BP has shown. The amount of long term damage does not make any difference in that fact that it should not have happened in the first place and should have been contained much quicker.

People lost their lives, their careers and their businesses because of BP's negligence. It is an insult to those people to downplay what happened.

What is wrong with seeking alternative fuels? You act like that is a liberal plot. Even the oil companies realize that is a business where they need to be to secure their future.

No one wants to shut down research.

The conspiracy theory is from the left. They have always said that the oil industry is killing alternative sources. This isnt true.

Solar and wind cannot replace oil at this time, and in reality can only do a small amount. We cant do geo-thermal. Dams work where they are.

Nuclear can make a big difference, but again the left is against it. Did a movie about an evil company building a reactor that Jane "Hanoi" Fonda starred in.

Bio-Fuel is working and we are researching that.

What isnt being done in your opinion?

BP screwed up and are paying. No one wants to minimize what people went through.

There was an attempt by enviromentalists to portray this in a larger scale to stop drilling and get support for Cap&trade. They harmed people also.
